Working on Harley-Davidson's Customer Relationship Management involved creating personalized experiences for users based on their data. Some of my responsibilities included using visuals to convey emotions, sharing stories about riders, and reinforcing the sense of belonging to the H-D community.

MOTOR COMPANY

Since 2022, we have sent out around 600 emails soley from the Official Harley-Davidson Online Store. We have been experimenting and exploring different ways to make our emails stand out. Our approach is data driven which is provided by our internal strategic analytics team. This data influences our creative process to ensure we are sending high-performing emails.

H-D FINANCIAL SERVICES

Every month, Harley-Davidson Financial Services sends out an acquisition email that promotes their Visa Signature Card. What used to be a single monthly send became a behavior-based user journey which included multiple sends. We used iconography and imagery to aid the information intake.

H-D INSURANCE

In addition to the Apparel and Financial Services, we work closely with the Insurance team. We recently developed an email journey that promoted the H-D insurance. We created a visual language to increase awareness of H-D's industry-leading discounts that make their packages competitive and affordable.

H-D HOMECOMING

Every year, H-D hosts the Homecoming Festival in Milwaukee. Riders from all over the world fly in to this 4-day event to attend. We worked on the emails that drove ticket sales and engagement by appealing to emotional brand connection.
