OSA Onboarding Journey
Earlier this year, we were tasked to redesign the Discover Online Savings Account (OSA) Email Journey. This series is significant as it is an introduction to the brand for new customers. The experience was last updated in 2021, so there was opportunity to experiment outside of the usual template.
We began the creative process with a team of 5 art directors, and we each proposed a design for the visual identity. My proposal was selected which allowed me to lead the art direction for this 2 part journey. This project included 26 total emails and 21 proof of concept emails.
We worked closely with the Discover brand team to define guidelines, ensure consistency, and proper use of assets. This project helped me enhance my illustration skills and UI/UX knowledge.
